TWO MILITANTS
DESTROYED IN KABARDINO-BALKARIA

NALCHIK, June
22 (Itar-Tass) -- Two militants - Adamei Dzappuyev and
Dzamaldin Zhashuyev were destroyed in Kabardino-Balkaria on
Monday, prosecutor of the Elbruss region Valery Kanukov told
ITAR-TASS. |

“The militants
were hiding in cave in the locality of Kara-Bashi situated near
the settlement of Tegenekli of the Elbruss region. Law enforcers
offered the militants to surrender, however, they opened fire.
Both of them were killed in return fire,” Kanukov said.
A Sechkin pistol, a TT pistol, a big amount of cartridges and
grenades were found in the cave.
Criminal proceedings were instituted.
