Bulgur: 1 cup
Milk: 4 cups
Water: 2 cups
Salt: As much as needed |

Onions: 1 small size
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Red pepper flakes 1 table spoon
Directions
1 - Wash, the bulgur, and put in a pot.
2 - Add water and milk to the bulgur.
3 – After the Bulgur is cooked, add salt and take the pot off the
fire.
4 – Roast chopped onions in oil, add red pepper, sprinkle drops
with a spoon on the service of the soup. |
